1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Transit & Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched from our Rawalpindi warehouse, the estimated delivery time is:

Major Cities (Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar): 2 to 4 business days.
Other Cities & Remote Areas across Pakistan: 3 to 5 business days.

3. Shipping Rates & Courier Partners

We partner with Pakistan’s most reliable courier services including Trax, Leopards Courier, TCS, and PostEx to ensure safe and timely doorstep delivery.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email containing your Tracking Number, allowing you to track your parcel online.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Unclaimed Parcels

For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and address before dispatch. Please ensure your phone number is active at the time of delivery so the courier rider can reach you easily.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos of the packaging and item, and we will arrange an immediate replacement.
